Ashley Heights Ward Easter Egg Hunt

 The entire grass field at the park was covered with eggs and candy.

 Kennedy was so excited.  They had little packs of bunny tails (marshmallows) her favorite!  She would open each egg as she picked it up and tell me what candy she found.

I think they got as much candy as they did at Halloween.  It was a fun party that ended with donuts.
After the party we packed up the rest of our stuff and headed back to California.  We had a great five weeks in Arizona. 

April Fool's

Arizona continued...

 The girls just love their cousins.  They couldn't wait for Summer and Hunter to get home from school each day. Though Jackie did keep them well entertained with lots of art projects, play-doh, nail painting, going to the zoo, and the park lots and lots!!

 We all got to go rollerskating!  It was so much fun!  Good thing they allowed strollers for the little girls.  Keely wanted to skate but it was just to hard.  Kennedy was so strange.  She would sit in the stroller but had no expression what-so-ever, but i would ask if she wanted to keep going and she would.

 We got to go watch Jake (above) and Luke (below) play baseball.  They did awesome!

Dress-up

Arizona week 1

On March 5, the girls, my mom & me drove out to Arizona for 5 weeks. (My Mom only stayed for one week) Tax season again...  Our first week out there we got to go to Hunter's last soccer game.  He is the star player.  We also went to Aviation Day at Williams Air force base.  Lots of planes and jump houses.

Green Smoothie Popsicles

We have been making green smoothies and green smoothie popsicles alot around here.  Its sometimes the only way I can guarentee something healthy goes in my kids bodies.  Kennedy always has the best face while/after eating them.  (in case your wondering whats in my smoothies... Kale, Spinach, Flax Seed, Coconut Oil, Strawberries, Blueberries, Bananas & Pineapple juice)

Curly Socks

On Pinterest I found a super easy way to curl Keely's hair.  I used 3 baby socks to roll up her hair Saturday night and taa-da curls for Sunday.  I think it turned out super cute and she got tons of compliments.

The last couple of weekends we have taken the girls and dogs out for walks in the deer canyon park right behind my parents neighborhood.  Its actually the canyon where I used to play in when I was young searching for polywogs and quartz crystals.  Kennedy loves to play with the sticks and Keely loves to pick flowers. Its a good time for all!!

Seascapes Fun

Seascapes is so much fun!  We invited a couple of our friends and had a great time.  Lots of sliding, jumping, and throwing balls!  Can't wait to go back

Pretty Hair

I've been having some fun playing with the girly's hair lately.  Any time I do Keely's hair, Kennedy says, "Mom please do my hair."  She wants to be just like Keely.  Even though I tease that Kennedy is my little boy, because she is so tough she has really turned into a girly girl.  Just about every day I have to tell her no, she can't wear a church dress.  She always wants to wear dresses or skirts.  She wants her hair done with flowers or bows (the hair usually doesn't last all day though) and i am lucky if the flower/bow last more than an hour or two.
