Congrats Kevin!

Kevin graduated from the UTI Diesel Technology program on Friday. We are so proud of him. He had a 4.0 GPA and got the Director's Honor list. He also was nominated to Alpha Beta Kappa Honor Society. (not sure what that last one means) On Monday he is starting a specialty class (Cummins Power Generation)that will last 3 more months and then hopefully he can find a great job.

Silly girl

I love this picture. Looks like she is being shy.

I thought I would put up some silly pictures. We went to California for the weekend, but I didn't take any photos. Dumb me. But we had lots of fun. All family who still lives in CA came over to my parents to celebrate my oldest sister Amy's B-day. Happy 35th! I love being home with my parents. Oh yeah.... Keely turned 6 months old!! I can't believe how the time has flown. We have her Dr appt tomorrow so I will post her new stats soon.

Keely's Photo Session

While we were in Utah, we had to opportunity to have Whitney Robertson take little Keely's photos. I think she did a beautiful job! We can't wait to come back during the summer and have you take Keely's photos again! Thanks for all your time and patience with us.

Trying to sleep in her crib

I don't know if you can tell or not, but these are Keely's feet sticking out of the crib. Since we have been back from Utah, I have been toying with having her sleep in her own crib in her own room. Well the first night I heard her screaming and she had one leg out of the bars and an arm and she was not liking it. (Not to mention the many times of rolling over on her tummy and getting stuck) The second night she managed to roll over and get her feet out the bars... as seen in the photo. Last night she managed to sleep in her crib from 10pm till 4:45 a big accomplishment for us both. (I did go check on her at about 2am) I admit it... I like having her in my room. When she wakes up she is only a few feet away (who likes to walk far when they are half asleep?!) plus I feel she is safer in our room. Who knows, she could be my only baby (not by choice) and I want her to be a baby for as long as I can.

On a side note... Keely tried her first food this week, other than cereal, Sweet Potatoes. She likes them much better than cereal. But man that stuff can stain!
