Happy Halloween!

Days go by...

Someone told me yesterday.... Days are long but the years are short. This is very true for us right now.

Last Minute Trip 2 Utah

We got to go to Utah last minute thanks to my good friend Heather and her buddy passes.  We didn't have much planned for the trip.  Just seeing family and Myriam (who was also visiting Utah).  Even though Keely is shy I think she had a good time playing with her cousins.  We wish she could play with them more often. But not enough to move there =)

Happy 1st Kennedy!

I can't believe it has already been a year!  That also means we have been in California for a year... Where does the time go? Even though her nickname is "naughty neddy" we love her so.  She is finally sleeping well.  Not as well as Keely, but pretty darn good.  She has been running/walking for a good two months.  Her top two front teeth are finally coming in.  Good thing too, cause this girl likes to eat.  Her one year old stats... 20.13lbs and 30 inches tall.

We finished off Kennedy's first birthday by going to Disneyland.  This is us on her favorite, It's a small world.  We also took them on the Haunted Mansion (Its already Halloween/Christmas decorated)  they really seemed to like it =)

Woo Hoo! We can go to Disneyland again. The summer block-out days are over. This is Keely's favorite ride... "the horsies"

Fun Week!

The girls had a pretty fun week.  We got to go to Newport Beach on Wednesday and San Clemente Beach Sunday night for a family get together.  Our days were also filled with swimming and park day.  It is finally heating up here in Sunny California.  Kennedy is a walker now.  She walks about 90% of the time and is fast!!  She doesn't like baby food either, she wants to be able to pick up the food and put it in her mouth all by herself.  Keely finally figured out how to get out of her crib. Kevin took off the front slats so she now has a day bed.  We have an extra crib mattress so that can catch her when she rolls off.   We turned the locks on the doors around in her room so we can lock her in =)  We can keep her in, but she turns off the monitor and turns on the lights and even turns off her sound machine... basically it takes her awhile before she decides it is time to take a nap or go to bed.  Ahhh the life of a two year old.
