Apple Country

Last week we ventured up to Apple Country.  There actually weren't very many apples :(  But we still had fun walking around, eating, and at the petting zoo.  Kennedy loved this little goat. Who are we kidding Kennedy loved every animal. 

RENO 911

The first of October we (Grammy, Keely, Kennedy & I) drove to visit my brother Craig in Reno, NV.  They moved there this summer.

Zoomar's Petting Zoo

On Kennedy's birthday weekend we went to Zoomar's Petting Zoo in San Juan with our friends from church the Crosbys.  The girls got to pet/feed rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, goats, sheeps, pigs, mini horses and more.  Keely was scared of almost everything...  Kennedy loves animals.  She would pet anything.

We just went to Sear's to get Kennedy's 2 year old photos.  (I picked them up tonight and scanned them, so they aren't the best quality online, but cute in person)  Funny story.  While Kennedy was getting her pictures taken, Keely was in the back standing with Kevin and asked several times if she could get her pictures done too.  We kept telling her no. (because her hair wasn't done and she wasn't wearing anything cute)  Well finally we gave in and got a cute pic. of the two of them.  It is funny, at least to me, because when Keely got her 3 year old pictures done two months ago, I couldn't even get her to smile and she cried I left so frustrated with her.  So now we know the trick is to pretend that she isn't getting them and focus on Kennedy to get her comfortable in front of the camera.

Look who's 2!!

We were pretty low key for Kennedy's 2nd birthday.  My Mom, Keely, Kennedy & me went to Chuck E Cheese to play and for lunch and at night had a small family party with Rockwell cupcakes and presents.   We didn't take very many pictures because we flip video'd most of it.  She was really sweet with each present she would say "What is it?"  She got a Dora tent, Stackable blocks, a pretty dress, Barbie, Princess & the Frog DVD, Dolly, and more!  She was very happy!
Her 2 YEAR OLD STATS: 28.8 lbs & 34 3/4 inches tall.

Party!

Keely & Kennedy's friend, Avery, had a birthday party at the park this last weekend.  Kevin snapped this photo with his phone.  It is rare to get a photo of both of them looking.

Nail Biter

My little Kennedy is such a silly girl. I really love the age she is at.  She has such a good sense of humor. She is really into trying to put on her own clothes.  One day she took off the clothes I put her in and came in wearing Keely's pj's and a beanie, I had to get the camera out.  Kennedy has turned into her mama, she is a nail biter!  Most the day she has her fingers or her toes into her mouth.  I just hope it doesn't take her 30 years to break that habit like it took me.

Bear Lake

We got to go to Bear Lake for the Winn Family reunion (Kevin's Mom's side).  Everyone from Kevin's immediate family was there except Sean (on a mission) and Cassie (had to work).  We had lots of fun!  Swimming, playing in the sand, eating and playing games.

Circus

We finally got to go to the Circus!  It was at the Honda Center in Anaheim.  Keely liked the elephants best.  They came out in the beginning and she wouldn't stop asking for them for the next 30 minutes. (thankfully they came back out) There were some pretty good acts.  It was a fun family day.

Laguna Beach

Kelly and his family got a beach house in Laguna for the week.  We got to go down a couple of times.  The girls love playing with their cousins.
